Siparex Investimenti 2 (SI2) is a SICAF (fixed-capital investment company), according to the recent European directives AIFM, and is managed by Insec Equity Partners, a SGR whose members also play the role of directors of the company.
SI2 invests in small and medium-sized Italian companies to finance development projects and to assist the property in the generational passage through active collaboration with the management and by providing support in the definition and implementation of new development strategies.
SI2 participates in a co-investment scheme with the mid-market funds of the Siparex group.
