Meridies management team is one of its key resources and is actively involved in business operations and decision-making.

Its management team members have many years' experience, from both an investment and an operating perspective, in the high technology sectors. All of them have been previously working in high tech companies with important management roles prior to their involvement in Meridies.

Luigi Filippini, CEO and founderLuigi Linkedin

Luigi Is currently member of the Expert Committee of Siparex Investimenti 2, member of the Board of E&C Foods, company managing the development of the Savurè restaurants chain, and also CEO of Hosteras Tour Operator. From 2014 to 2017 he served as president and CEO of CRS4 and previously was Partner in JV2 Capital (now United Ventures). From 2000 to 2007 he has been CEO of Energ.it, a multiutility company operating in the energy, telecommunication and internet sectors. The company, founded and started-up by Meridies Holding in 2000, reached a turnover of more than 96 million euros in 2006 with about 70 employees. From 1998 to 2000 Luigi has been CTO and COO at Tiscali, a telecommunications operator providing Internet and fixed-phone services in major European countries. He also had the responsibility for the initial public offering (IPO) of the company taking place in October 1999. Prior to joining Tiscali, Luigi worked for Telecom Italia, within Tin.it, its Internet Services Division, where he was involved in the integration of Video On Line and Telecom On line. From 1995 to 1996 he took part in the start-up of Video On Line, first european-wide commercial ISP. From 1992 to 1995 he worked at CRS4 in the Scientific Visualization and Digital Media group.
Luigi holds a Laurea degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pisa.

Mirna MuscasMirna Linkedin

Mirna Before joining Meridies she has been administrative manager and member of the Board of Directors in Hosteras. She previously worked in Energ.it, multiutility company part of the Alpiq group. Mirna gained a strong experience in different areas, ranging from administration to customer care management, in hi-tech companies focused on rapid growth and great attention to customers.
Mirna has a degree in Business and Administration at the University of Cagliari where she also took a Master Degree in Company Administration.

Giovanni Before partnering with Meridies Giovanni was in charge of business development and member of the Board of Directors of Tholos. Previously he has been researcher at the renewable energy cluster of Sardegna Ricerche, technical director and partner of Sigeen and technical employee in Remosa. He gained experience working in team and on site both in Italy and abroad. He also worked as a freelancer and as a lecturer on several courses about renewable energy sources.
He graduated in Electrical Engineering at the University of Cagliari.

Clara CicalòClara Linkedin

Clara Founder and CEO at Publishday is also managing editor at Medicina delle Dipendenze (MDD) and CEO at Diario Sportivo. Before Publishday she has gained extensive experience in managing, editing and translating in scientific publishing. In 2013 she published with Roberta Agabio the volume Io e l’alcolismo. From 1998 to 2003 she was Head of Organization and Human Resources for a research center in the field of neuroscience. From 2008 to 2009 she collaborated with the UCRD ASL Cagliari (a Sardinian local government agency on drug abuse) coordinating research and scientific information programs and supporting the dissemination of scientific results in the field of drug abuse and drug dependence.
Clara Cicalò graduated in Political Science from the University of Cagliari.
